Where things stand
Beyond Binary Solutions is run by a small, founder-led team headquartered in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, working with clients across India and worldwide. We don't have a large hiring pipeline, and we'd rather tell you that plainly than post roles that aren't real.
How we work with people
When we do bring someone in — as a collaborator on a project or, over time, as a hire — it's because there's a specific problem that needs a specific skill, not because a headcount target says so. Work is hands-on: direct client contact, real engineering decisions, no layers of process between you and what ships.
What tends to fit
People who want to own a problem end-to-end rather than a narrow slice of one, who are comfortable working across the stack, and who care about the same things we do — clarity, usability, and software that's still maintainable a year later.
