First-response drafting — replies, summaries, follow-ups — is one of the most reliable time savers, because it removes the blank-page problem without removing human review.
Turning unstructured input (a call transcript, a long email, a form submission) into structured data your systems can use is another strong use case.
Repetitive categorisation and tagging — sorting leads, flagging urgent tickets — is well suited to AI because the cost of an occasional mistake is low and reviewable.
The weakest use cases are the ones where AI replaces a decision that actually needs full business context and accountability — that's still better handled by a person, assisted by good information.
